See if your higher-velocity periods produce lower-performing work or if they actually correlate with better results. Most teams discover they don't.
Speed and quality aren't enemies. Slowness and quality aren't partners. The relationship between them is more subtle: the right velocity for your audience and market is the velocity that lets you stay relevant while maintaining the standards that actually matter to your readers.
